The popular ‘Real Talks with Alan O’Mara’ podcast series today announced its return, a new weekly format and a slate of brilliant Irish guests.
The series, which originated in Ireland and is now based in New York, will celebrate leading figures from music, sport, art and life. Each episode will feature vulnerable discussions that empower listeners to live happier, healthier and more successful lives.
Alan O’Mara is an author, mental performance coach with sports teams and New York GAA manager. In a bonus episode released on Wednesday, March 6, O’Mara discusses the return of the podcast with Real Talks producer Mary Kate Boylan. You can listen here!
The first featured guest is New York-based Irish comedian Katie Boyle. The interview with Boyle airs March 13. Boyle is a rising star on the comedy scene and has amassed millions of views online. During the episode, she reflects on her journey and discusses the positive impact that therapy has had on both her personal and work life. In the coming weeks, Boyle will perform two sold-out shows in New York at CraicFest and Union Hall, Brooklyn.
New episodes drop every Wednesday. These will include unique chats with the likes of GAA legend Oisin McConville, journalist Evanne Ní Chuilinn, as well as regular check-ins with the Real Talks duo of O’Mara and Boylan.
