Alan has delivered his Mental Health Awareness talk to hundreds of businesses, sports organizations and schools around the world.
During this 60 minute session, Alan shares key lessons from his mental health journey, and why he became the first active athlete in Ireland’s Gaelic Football league to go public about experiencing depression. He also discusses key mental skills that have helped him to live a happier and healthier life.
Alan has been a successful head coach, elite athlete, and worked for Ireland’s largest players’ association, the Gaelic Players Association. In 2016 he published the best-selling memoir ‘The Best Is Yet To Come’. He now works as a mental performance coach with elite sports teams.
